We discovered a Phoebe's nest on the back porch. Hard to tell how many little ones are in here. They didn't wake up for the photo.
Mother Phoebe can't wait for us to leave.
We went back to the milkweed where we had seen Monarch caterpillars during our last visit. We didn't see Monarchs, but there were several of this Aphrodite Fritillary butterfly.
This Pearl Crescent butterfly was also in abundance.
The milkweed plants were teeming with life (click on the picture to enlarge).
